FOUNDER

ERIC OKYERE DARKO, managing partner at DARKO LAW FIRM and a Board Member of Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund. He establishes the firm and acquiring clientele ranging from commercial, financial and corporate work including litigation. Giving options in local and international commercial transactions and in the resolution of conflicts.

Representing international and local clients in international trade, businesses, and investment transactions. Representing immigration clients seeking various immigrants and non- immigrants visas from the United States, Ghana, united Kingdom and Canadian Embassies. Consulting with clients, and providing advise involving Ghana and United States Law.

Advising and drafting legal opinions, agreements and memoranda on various legal issues for clients. Represents clients in international trade commodities transactions.
